Plans are denominated in credits per month. Each endpoint costs a fixed number of credits. When your monthly credits run out, requests draw from your prepaid balance at $0.015 USD per credit. If both are empty, the API returns 402 (Payment Required). /v1/rfc/sat-lists is free under any active plan.
